High floodwater leads to traffic chaos on many streets across the southern city. Many travel on other roads to avoid the high floodwater, although they face traffic jams, causing plenty of difficulties on their way to home. A small alley is submerged in floodwater. The daily lives of local residents turn upside down due to heavy rains and high tides.
