Ho Chi Minh City Re-Enacts Harbin Ice Sculpture Show

On the opening day the event attracts plenty of visitors who are curious about the ice sculpture.. The exhibition has been held in summer at the Dam Sen Cultural Park over the past 10 years.  Do Ngoc Son and his friend from Thu Duc city say they are eager to visit the exhibition though inside temperature is about minus 10 degrees Celsius. The ice works on display look beautiful, majestic, splendid, and creative in the eyes of visitors. Twenty artisans from Harbin and 50 Vietnamese engineers and technicians have worked for a whole month to create such wonderful artworks. The exhibition requires 1,000 cubic metres of ice and 2,000 colour lights. On display are numerous landmarks, including the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City administration, One Pillar Pagoda in Hanoi, the Eiffel Tower of France, and the Colosseum of Italy. Ninh Thuan Grape and Wine Festival 2023 Scheduled for Mid June

The Ninh Thuan Grape – Wine Festival 2023 is scheduled to take place from June 13th to 18th. According to Dang Kim Cuong, director of the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the festival will feature a grapevine trellis contest, providing a unique experience for grape farmers, locals, and visitors. The department has collaborated with localities and farmers to select 13 impressive trellis gardens, focusing on those growing new varieties and applying high technology. Ninh Thuan, Vietnam is hosting a contest to promote its grapes and beautiful grapevine trellises. Participating farmers will create videos which include the addresses, areas, and varieties of their grapes, as well as images of their gardens. These videos will be posted on the contest’s social media fanpage, and visitors and internet users can vote and share their favorite videos. Awards will be presented on June 16. Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2023 Launches

After a three-year hiatus, over 5,000 fireworks enthusiasts gathered along the Han River to witness magnificent displays of light and sound. This year’s festival featured teams from the UK, Poland, Canada, France, Finland, Australia, Italy, and Vietnam, all of which have a long-standing tradition in the art of firework displays. The host Vietnam presented a story of peace and friendship under the theme “Da Nang – The Sound of Peace” while the Finnish team expressed intense emotions and deep love for life in their performance centred around the theme “Igniting the Heart.” Themed “The World Without Distance”, the festival was scheduled to take place from June 2 to July 8.
