The Institute for Research Development and Conservation of Southeast Asian Art and Culture (IRSAC) is organizing an event to commemorate the 56th founding anniversary of ASEAN . This event serves as a reminder of the importance of preserving and celebrating the culture and heritage of Southeast Asia. With this, IRSAC seeks to create awareness about the shared history and culture of the region, and to promote solidarity and unity among its member countries. According to Le Van Tiep, director of IRSAC, the festival seeks to showcase the unique culture and cuisine of the ASEAN community to both local and international visitors, thus enhancing understanding, friendship, and cooperation between the countries in the region.
